We will monitor and maintain your IT infrastructure and provide a full outsourced Helpdesk service to your staff freeing you from the headache of managing and worrying about your IT.

As part of our managed support service we will complete a full audit of your existing infrastructure and IT systems. This audit allows us to understand how your business uses IT and and make recommendations to improve your IT infrastructure and reduce IT issues.

Managed support services from I.Net are provided on a fixed fee basis ensuring you know how much much you will spend on your IT support. If required we can also include other services in the monthly fee such as web design and software development.

Our Managed Support Services are delivererd against a full Service Level Agreement. This outlines all response times for support requests and defines how these are prioritised.
